Hello! Long time no hear - I’m back with a new practice that is all about feeling good 💛 how wonderful it is that we are able to move our bodies and wake up our energy to invite a balance of invigorating calm and ease. In this practice I will guide you through a nourishing flow that will leave you refreshed and stretched and present, we could all do with reminding ourselves to be present in our body more often to appreciate the wonder of simply being. Enjoy. Please remember you partake in these movement practices at your own risk, whilst all my practices are suitable for most bodies there are always exceptions and you know your body best. Consult a medical profession if you are unsure.

This practice is all about deep nourishment. You will be guided through just 4 poses (including 2 savasanas) as you take control of how long to stay in each pose, maybe you follow my guidance and stay for just a few breaths in each posture or hit pause and delight in a longer luscious practice. It would be helpful to have a bolster, a couple of blankets and maybe a flat yoga block and an eye pillow - however this practice is still accessible with no props at all, or get creative and fashion your own bolster from pillows or towels! As always please practice mindfully, listening to your body’s inner wisdom. Whilst these practices I offer are suitable for most, the undertaking of participation in these audio classes is done so at your own risk. Enjoy 💛

This is an energising practice, perfect for the morning to stretch open the body and shake off any sleepiness or grumpiness!! It’s definitely a mood booster. We mobilise and limber up the body from standing then move through some creative sun salutations whilst connecting to the breath. This is a strengthening practice and will get the heart pumping. This practice is all about the power of visualisation. Wether you are tired, recovering from an illness or injury or if you just want to mix your usual practice up with something more gentle - this is for you. You can physically follow the guided movements or you can stay in stillness, close your eyes and simply visualise the movements in your body (a powerful practice I learnt in Moshe Feldenkrais’ book ‘awareness through movement’ where he explains “improvement (in range of motion & posture) is greater through visualisation than action”) either way, this is a nourishing practice and a gift to yourself.
