In this episode we explore a little more movement, taking the body through forward bends, back bends, side bends, twists and for those of you who fancy downward facing dog - an inversion. As always it’s a slow practice so plenty of time to adjust and adapt the practice to suit you. Ending with a brief savasana and a beautiful breathing poem by Thich Naht Hahn. Thanks to my youngest son Joe for agreeing to test out the practice! He said he felt calm yet refreshed afterwards. I hope you do too. Enjoy.
