This practice is all about the power of visualisation. Wether you are tired, recovering from an illness or injury or if you just want to mix your usual practice up with something more gentle - this is for you. You can physically follow the guided movements or you can stay in stillness, close your eyes and simply visualise the movements in your body (a powerful practice I learnt in Moshe Feldenkrais’ book ‘awareness through movement’ where he explains “improvement (in range of motion & posture) is greater through visualisation than action”) either way, this is a nourishing practice and a gift to yourself.
