This is an energising practice, perfect for the morning to stretch open the body and shake off any sleepiness or grumpiness!! It’s definitely a mood booster. We mobilise and limber up the body from standing then move through some creative sun salutations whilst connecting to the breath. This is a strengthening practice and will get the heart pumping.
