This practice is all about deep nourishment. You will be guided through just 4 poses (including 2 savasanas) as you take control of how long to stay in each pose, maybe you follow my guidance and stay for just a few breaths in each posture or hit pause and delight in a longer luscious practice. It would be helpful to have a bolster, a couple of blankets and maybe a flat yoga block and an eye pillow - however this practice is still accessible with no props at all, or get creative and fashion your own bolster from pillows or towels! As always please practice mindfully, listening to your body’s inner wisdom. Whilst these practices I offer are suitable for most, the undertaking of participation in these audio classes is done so at your own risk. Enjoy 💛
