In this episode we explore a little more movement, taking the body through forward bends, back bends, side bends, twists and for those of you who fancy downward facing dog - an inversion. As always itโs a slow practice so plenty of time to adjust and adapt the practice to suit you. Ending with a brief savasana and a beautiful breathing poem by Thich Naht Hahn. Thanks to my youngest son Joe for agreeing to test out the practice! He said he felt calm yet refreshed afterwards. I hope you do too. Enjoy.

Episode 3 is all about the breath. Just taking 5 minutes to stop and breathe can have long lasting affects on the nervous System. This practice of alternate nostril breathing can help to centre, ground and calm us. It can be done at any time of day and is a short, sweet practice to add to your daily self care rituals. Enjoy.
